Review Accidental Hero: A Marriage Mistake Romance by Nicole Snow

Accidentally engaged. Then he dared me to make it real.

It was one freaking kiss with a stranger.
I wasn’t looking for a hero the day Brent Eden charged into my life.
He saw a damsel in distress facing humiliation.
We played pretend. Swore I was his. Baited sweet chaos.
Blew apart everything.

My dating disaster? Gone.
Our kiss? Electric. Divine. Toe-curling.
His mistake? Oh, boy.
Dropping the ultimate F-bomb: fiancé.
Especially when my gossipy cousin tells the whole family.

Forget how he’s badass personified.
The ink. The leather. The abs. The smirk.
The lightning eyes and the growl I can’t resist.
Nothing changes the fact that he’s my favorite student’s father.
I’m risking it all for this charade. And I’m losing.

The closer we get, the deeper I fall.
The louder he vows to protect me.
The more we come undone.
Even my questions have questions.
What if I’m not the only one who needs saving?
What if our marriage mistake gets way too real?

From Wall Street Journal bestselling author Nicole Snow – two hearts, one lie, and no mercy! Plus a damaged single dad who just can’t let his Not Fiancée go. Full length romance novel with everything Happily Ever Afters are made of.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

Natalie is ten years old. She’s what you would call a prodigy, being that she is already in the 8th grade. Izzy is her art teacher and Brent is her father. Izzy is shy, beautiful and innocent, with a meddling family that’s always in her business. Brent is a sexy, tattooed god with ties to the Grizzlies MC.
Brent drops his daughter off every Tuesday night at her art class and arrives early to pick her up. Yes, he notices the art teacher. Yes, he’s attracted to her and Izzy seems to have a strong bond with his daughter. During an altercation, with an unexpected visit from an acquaintance of Izzy’s, Brent makes his move and decides to become her protector. It’s an easy decision, really. Izzy is sweet and challenges Brent at every turn. A huge turn on for him. But Brent has ulterior motives for his ulterior motives. Sure he wants to possess Izzy but by being around him, he has put her in danger. He won’t let anyone hurt Izzy. She’s his and he protects what’s his.

Accidental Hero is the NOW my favorite book by Nicole Snow. This story has it all.. an alpha sexy male lead, a leading lady who is smart, kind, funny , feisty and can kicks ass when she needs too. I loved Brent Eden and Isabella aka Blue Derby, I enjoyed the banter between the characters their push and pull towards eachother. I loved the secondary characters Nat, crazy gossip cousin Clara, Mrs. Derby(Izzy’s mom). This is my favorite story to date from Snow I couldn’t get enough of this couple or the story. Snow builds the relationship between the main characters to a sIow burn but it soon turns to a broiling point and then explosions all around. I laughed, cried and ahhh…and Brent Eden is added to my book boyfriend list. Snow paints a great picture of this character from his features to his personality.

I would love for Snow to do a story about Clara who falls hard for a certain biker. I highly recommend this story. Happy Reading!!!

Izzy is a 23 year old pre-school teacher at an elite academy, with a degree in art. Her dream job is to teach art at the academy. For now she is content to teach pre-school and sub for the art teacher, covering her Tuesday evening advanced class.
Brent Eden is and all around badass, former patched member of the Grizzly MC, served in the army, but now just dad to Natalie. A successful, local business man, trying to give his brilliant daughter everything she needs while keeping her safe.
Natalie is a gifted 10 year old, raised by her single dad with some help from his parents and house keeper. She is a little lost. Taking classed with the 8 grade, she doesn’t really have any friends, but finds a kindred spirit in Izzy, over their love of art. Izzy quietly takes on a cross between big sister, mentor to Nat.
Izzy has been crushing of Brent Eden since she met him the first day of her advanced art class when he dropped his daughter Natalie off. He comes to her rescue from when a stalker, a man she didn’t even finish one date with, finds her at the school. Brent poses as her fiancé, with a steamy kiss to prove it. His little lie snowballs into an avalanche, when her cousin, a gossip of epic proportions, with snooping skills the CIA would envy, finds out.
The no fraternizing policy at the school, puts Izzy;’s dream job in jeopardy. Her mother and cousin are stalking Brent. His past and some shady dealing that his deceased brother was involved in, has him pulling Izzy close, for her own protection.
Her crazy family. A syndicate trying to draw Brent into their dirty dealing. His brilliant and precocious daughter. Have Brent’s alpha nature on full alert.
A fast paced and steamy romantic drama. Love Brent. Izzy is the perfect women for him. Their wedding epic. Nat is a great kid. Loved Izzy’s mom. Loved seeing the Grizzly MC make a show. Brent and Izzy’s stands alone.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. Nicole’s books are an automatic buy for me. I know that I am going to get a great story that I will want to read again. A link to a bonus epilogue included. She generously included a few of her previously released titles.
